Inema Arts Center is a beautiful initiative among Rwandan creative artists. Their good vibe spreads all over Kigali and Internet too.

The Kigali Genocide Memorial, in Kigali, Rwanda, commemorates the Rwandan genocide in 1994. The remains of over 250,000 people are interred there.

Tongo Art Gallery is a contemporary African art gallery located in Kigali, Rwanda. Co-owned by painter Joe Mukuna of the Democratic Republic of Congo and designer Sarah Manion of Cape Cod, MA – The artist pair met at an art show in Kigali.

Niyo Art Gallery, is a Traditional Rwandan drumming and dance to impoverished children. We give them the confidence and inspiration to use their skills to earn money for their own education, medical expenses and day-to-day living.

Presidential Palace Museum is located in Kigali about 2 km from Kigali International Airport, the Palace served as home to Juvenal Habyarimana and Pasteur Bizimungu during the 1970s up to the late 1990s. The Presidential Palace Museum is one of the new museums in Kigali. It gives visitors a chance to visit the former state house as well as gain an overview of Rwanda’s history, one can also visit some of the flight debris of the FALCON 50 presidential plane that went down on 6th April 1994.

Kandt House Natural History Museum, Also known as ‘Kandt House’, it is approximately 10 km from Kigali International Airport, this Museum is dedicated to Dr. Richard Kandt a German doctor and explorer who embarked on an exploration of Rwanda in 1897, searching for the source of the Nile River. The Natural History Museum aims at explaining the richness of Rwanda’s Nature. The idea being that it is only through the knowledge of the nature we live in that our behavior and understanding will change. This museum showcases  many specimens and replica of the natural wonders of the country.
